Throwback Geeks operates two distinct fulfillment methods for our products. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping procedures, processing times, and policies for both Print-on-Demand (POD) itemsfulfilled through Printify and custom 3D printed items shipped directly from our facility.
Fulfillment Methods
Print-on-Demand Items (Printify)
Products Covered: Graphic t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, and other apparel items marked as "Printon-Demand" or "POD" on our website.
Fulfillment Process:
• Orders are automatically sent to Printify's production partners
• Items are printed and shipped directly from Printify facilities
• Production partner locations vary based on product type and shipping destination
• Throwback Geeks does not handle physical inventory for these items
Processing Time: 2-7 business days after order confirmation Production Locations: United States,
Europe, Australia, and other international Printify partner facilities
Custom 3D Printed Items
Products Covered: Custom 3D printed props, figurines, gaming accessories, and specialty items marked as "Made-to-Order" or "3D Printed" on our website.
Fulfillment Process:
• Orders are processed and manufactured at our facility
• Items are custom printed, finished, and quality-checked before shipment
• All 3D printed items ship directly from our location in the United States
Processing Time: Processing time for 3D prints is typically 1 to 5 business days, depending on the
model and whether the item is in stock or needs to be printed. Shipping Location: United States
Shipping Timeframes
Print-on-Demand Items
• Domestic (US): 3-10 business days after production completion
• International: 7-21 business days after production completion
• Total Timeline: 5-17 business days for domestic, 9-28 business days for international
Custom 3D Printed Items
• Domestic (US): 3-7 business days after production completion
• International: 7-21 business days after production completion
• Total Timeline: 8-21 business days for domestic, 12-35 business days for international
Mixed Orders and Split Shipments
Orders containing both POD and 3D printed items will be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times. We do not combine shipments to reduce shipping costs or delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Product type and fulfillment method
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping speed
• Package weight and dimensions
For 3D printed items, shipping costs are determined by our shipping carriers and displayed during checkout.
International Shipping
Availability
We ship worldwide, subject to carrier restrictions and local regulations. Some countries may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.
Customer Responsibilities
International customers are responsible for:
• All customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country
• Compliance with local import regulations
• Providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information
• Any additional costs incurred due to customs delays or returns
Customs and Duties
Packages may be subject to inspection and customs processing. Throwback Geeks is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or packages held by customs authorities.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
• PO Boxes for certain 3D printed items
• Military APO/FPO addresses (limited availability)
• Countries under international trade sanctions
• Locations where shipping is restricted by our carriers
Specific restrictions will be noted during the checkout process.
Tracking Information
Print-on-Demand Items
Tracking information is provided by Printify once items are shipped. Tracking numbers and carrier information will be sent via email.
3D Printed Items
Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of shipment. You will receive tracking details via email with carrier-specific tracking numbers.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Our Responsibility
• We are responsible for packages until they are handed over to the shipping carrier
• For POD items, responsibility transfers to Printify's shipping partners
• We will assist with tracking and claims for lost or damaged packages
Customer Actions
Customers must:
• Report damaged or missing items within 14 days of expected delivery
• Provide photographic evidence for damaged items
• Cooperate with carrier investigations when required
Resolution Process
• Lost packages: We will investigate with the carrier and provide replacement or refund
• Damaged packages: We will replace damaged items at no additional cost
• Delayed packages: We will track shipments and provide updates upon request
Address Changes and Delivery Issues Before Shipment
Address changes may be possible before items ship. Contact us immediately at info@digilabscore.com.
After Shipment
Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery addresses. Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery options.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or customs issues may be subject to restocking fees and additional shipping charges for re-shipment.
