1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the return and refund process for all purchases
made through the Throwback Geeks online store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms out
lined in this Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Standard Items
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2.2 Custom and Personalized Items
• Custom designed graphic t-shirts, personalized accessories, and custom 3D prints are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after 14-day return period
• Items without original packaging or tags
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage
• We will provide a prepaid return label
• Full refund or replacement will be provided at no cost to customer

4.1 Initiating a Return

4. Package item securely with all original materials
4.2 Return Shipping
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or damaged
• We recommend using tracked shipping service
• Throwback Geeks is not responsible for items lost in return transit
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Refund Process
5.1 Processing Time
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on statement
5.2 Refund Amount
• Full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless item was defective/damaged)
• Return shipping costs are deducted from refund unless return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges
• For size or design changes, please initiate a return and place a new order
• Custom items cannot be exchanged
7. International Returns
• International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during return process
• Return shipping must include tracking information
8. Cancellations
8.1 Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet in production
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Cancellation requests must be sent to orders@throwbackgeeks.com

Our liability for any return or refund shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item. We are
not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
